Driving Directions

From Sacramento (I-80 West, approx. 15 miles east): Take I-80 West toward San Francisco. Take the Richards Boulevard exit in Davis, turn right (north) onto Richards. Continue past 1st Street and turn right onto 5th St. Our center will be on your right. The drive takes approximately 20 minutes.

From the Bay Area (I-80 East, approx. 65 miles west): Take I-80 East across the Carquinez Bridge through Vallejo and Vacaville. Take the Richards Boulevard exit in Davis, turn left (north) onto Richards, then right onto 5th St. Allow approximately 75 minutes for this route depending on traffic.

From Woodland (CA-113 South, approx. 10 miles north): Take CA-113 South into Davis. Exit at 5th Street and head east. 764 5th Street is on the left. The drive takes approximately 15 minutes.

From UC Davis Campus: A 5-minute walk east via 5th Street takes you directly to our front door — our downtown location was chosen to keep care accessible to students, families, and faculty.

CLRT Rehab serves individuals and families across the greater Sacramento Valley region, including the Davis neighborhoods of Downtown Davis, Old North Davis, Central Davis, East Davis, South Davis, and West Davis. We also welcome clients from nearby communities such as Woodland, Winters, Dixon, West Sacramento, Sacramento, Vacaville, and Esparto who are seeking grounded, whole-person addiction treatment close to home.

Our doors are also open to those traveling from out of state. Many individuals find that beginning recovery in a new environment, away from familiar triggers, provides the clarity and stillness needed for genuine healing.
